Shipping & Returns

**HOLIDAY SEASON UPDATE**

 Shipping is now closed on my website, orders can still be processed and will be shipped out in January 2025. Orders for pick-up are open until Friday December 20, 2024. My shop will be closed from December 21, 2024 until early January 2025. Orders can still be made and I will still receive messages during this time. I will do my best to respond to messages quickly.

PICKUP

Local pickup is available Monday through Friday at my Victoria location between the hours of 11:00AM and 6:00PM. Orders are typically ready within 2-7 business days. I will send you an email to set up a day/time for pickup.

SHIPPING

Orders are usually sent out within 2-5 business days. Special order items may take longer to be sent out. Delivery time depends on the destination.

Shipping is subject to size. Anything larger than 9" x 12" will ship as a parcel, smaller items ship as regular letter mail. I ship using Canada Post.

PACKAGING

Smaller prints, greeting cards, and t-shirts are shipped flat in rigid, recyclable packaging. Larger prints are shipped in mailer tubes.

RETURNS

If your print arrives damaged, contact me at sparrowurbanfarm@gmail.com and I will help you get a new print or your money back. Please keep the original packaging and send it to me with the damaged item. 

If you would like to return/exchange a t-shirt, please contact me. There are no returns/exchanges on shirts that have been washed or worn.

OTHER INFO

Taxes are included in the prices of all my products in the shop. Additional duties and taxes may be applied to orders shipped outside Canada and are the buyers responsibility.
