How does billing work?
Your subscription will be charged automatically every month on the same date that you originally signed up until you cancel.
Can I cancel or pause my subscription?
Yes you can! If you would like to cancel or pause your subscription, you'll have access to a customer portal on my website. *Please cancel before the 27th of the next month. For example, if you would like to cancel before receiving your April cards, please cancel before March 27th. If you need any help, please email me.
How do I change my address?
Update your shipping address or billing information through the customer portal on the site, or simply send me an email and I will update your information.
Shipment date & wait times
Mail is sent out from British Columbia during the first week of each month. The monthly sign-up cutoff is the 27th. Orders placed after the 27th will receive the following month's mailer. Please allow up to 6 business days for Canada delivery and up to 14 business days for International delivery after shipment.
Are the Cards the same every month?
No, the cards will be new designs that I create each month just for the Card Club. Sometimes the two cards will be the same and sometimes they will be two different designs!
Can I purchase previous months cards?
Yes! At the end of each month, I will add a limited amount of that months cards to my website to purchase.
Orders
If you placed your order with other items on my website, the Card Club mail will be sent separately.
